Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's bluetooth, camera, microphone, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

The processing of personal health data is based on explicit consent obtained from the users. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.

  • To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may process the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time. To deliver targeted advertising to you. We may process your information to develop and display personalized content and advertising tailored to your interests, location, and more. To save or protect an individual's vital interest. We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm.

8. Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a do-not-track ("dnt") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing dnt signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to dnt browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

9. Sharing data with others

We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Each service provider is a for-profit entity that processes the information on our behalf.

We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and analysis for users’ goodness. This is not considered to be "selling" of your personal information.

NOTT has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. NOTT not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

10. Users’ right with their own data

Right to request deletion of the data — Request to delete:

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the information. You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf.
